All deposits or other payments for the retreat are non-refundable, unless we cancel the retreat, in which case your full payment will be refunded. Final payment for the retreat is due prior to the retreat, and if paying by credit card this payment will automatically be charged to your account. If paying by check, your check must be received prior to the first day of the retreat. If payment is not received, we may give your spot to another person, in which case your deposit may be used for a future retreat, material or service but will not be refunded.

If you cancel your registration and do not attend the retreat, you may apply any tuition paid to a future Higher Balance retreat, material or services, but it will not be refunded.
